Reservations and Cancellations
To Book, an appointment, use our Square online booking – select a specialist, service, and time that is convenient for you.
You will receive a reminder message about your appointment 48 hours before your appointment, to which you must respond to. If you ignore this message, your appointment will be canceled. If we’ll not get timely confirmation from you – we may send additional reminder messages or call you.
You can cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours, if you cancel after 24 hours we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount of the check for the service.
We kindly ask you to arrive for your procedure on time, and preferably 5-10 minutes before your appointment. There is no need to come earlier because the specialist will be busy working with the current client. If the master is free earlier we’ll let you know and arrange your arrival early or vice versa if the master will be delayed we’ll also let you know.
If you are delayed, please inform us about it. The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes, if you are delayed longer we reserve the right to refuse the service and charge 100% of the total amount of the check for the procedure.
For the safety and comfort of our clients, we ask that you come for your treatment without additional guests, including relatives and children under the age of 10, and without pets (unless they are licensed service animals).
The studio specialists reserve the right to refuse service if you have:
any disease of the nails or skin of the hands and feet (Pseudomonia, onychomycosis, panaritium, etc.)
inappropriate behavior (alcohol or drug influenced)
If you deliberately withhold the above, the studio has the right to deduct 100% of the total cost of the procedure.
Before Your Visit
Plan your time – you can see the approximate appointment duration on your Square booking page.
Do not apply grooming products to your hands and feet before your treatment. Grooming products moisturize the skin, which will make it more difficult to work with.
Do not get a manicure or pedicure before your visit. This will only make it more difficult for the technician to do the job.
Consider your color choices, design, and additional services, such as Nail Plate Strengthening, and specify them when booking your appointment. This will allow the specialist to better prepare for the appointment and speed up the work.
Please let us know about any problems you know about your nails when making an appointment.
All Nota Nail Studio services are covered by a warranty of 3 days from the date of the procedure. If during this time with manicure or pedicure something happened you can notify us, provide photos and video evidence of damage, and our masters will fix everything at no additional charge to you at the nearest and most convenient time after your treatment. For any requests outside of this period, a normal appointment should be scheduled.
